Methodological Approach
Thinkland's methodology is supported by 3 main phases:
- Analysis of the external and internal context, opportunities and threats, presenting relevant information about the international and local payments ecosystem, covering the main players.
- Evaluating the value proposition, identifying and assessing alternatives, and proposing a solution.
- Defining a work plan for the implementation of the selected projects, identifying the necessary project team.
